Our success is driven by our officers in the field, and we are currently seeking an Operation Manager to add to our team. They will oversee operations for Security Solutions of America at our Kenner, LA Branch office.
Overview:
We are currently seeking an Operations Security Manager to join our team! The Operations Security Manager will be responsible for the control of financial impacts to the Kenner, LA branch, including P&L responsibility, daily and weekly overtime, training, expenses, as well as establishing and maintaining customer relationships and leading the local sales process and insuring service excellence. Position involves daily management of State and Commercial accounts for Security service involving armed and unarmed officers assigned to the Kenner, LA office.
Essentials:
Oversite and Daily management of Office Staffing, all Account Management, Supervisors, Expense Control including Payroll, Overtime, Vehicle operations, Drivers, Maintenance of office site, Supplies, Account Collections, Firearm Control and Assignment. Guidance and collaboration with, Account managers, Site supervisors, Firearm training Instructor, HR and Payroll.
Position requires account site visits, site inspections, account audits and adherence to individual contract details. Solid understanding of math calculations and percentages, use of Windows systems, including ability to learn various apps including WinTeam, Zoom Meetings, Certify, Teams Software, Lighthouse, electronic timekeeping such as IVR system, and eHub. Use of LA office is essential for this position.
Must be self-motivated, self-starter individual with ability to establish and reach KPI measurements.
Ability to engage and implement Regional and Company directives and planning. Reports to Regional VP of Operations.
Requirements:
College degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor’s Preferred)
Strong background in Security, as branch or operations manager also considered.
Valid state driver's license, clean driving record
Prior management with proven scheduling and personnel staffing experience
Use of Windows, LA Office suite and ability to learn and work with various software.
Solid Leadership and attention to detail.
Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines.
