Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Flex Officer to join our team. As a Flex Officer, you will be responsible for providing security services to various locations as needed. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and adaptability to different work environments.

Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Maintain accurate records and write detailed incident reports

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to provide basic medical assistance if needed
- Familiarity with surveillance systems
- CPR certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Reliable Transportation and able to drive to all 5 sites as needed (Lancaster, Desoto, Wilmer, Dallas, Fort Worth)

• Georgia Guard License
• Experince in Access Control Systems
