Ideally have experience with Honeywell Alarm Panels, IP Camera Systems, Access Control. Fire is a plus but not nessassary.
- Install, program, and maintain alarm systems in residential and commercial properties
- Test and troubleshoot alarm systems to ensure proper functioning
- Provide technical support to customers regarding alarm system operation and maintenance
- Document all installation and maintenance activities accurately and thoroughly

- Previous experience as an Alarm Technician or in a related field preferred
- Familiarity with alarm system sales and installation processes
- Basic understanding of computer networking and cabling
- Strong knowledge of security systems and the ability to detect and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Note: Mechanical knowledge, computer hardware skills, or additional relevant certifications are a plus.
