The Property Manager plays the key role in all day-to-day operations of an apartment community, maximizing the property’s net operating income and ensuring the optimal performance of the property. You will supervise a team and will be responsible for effectively managing leasing, resident services, maintenance, expense control, revenue enhancements, reporting, and compliance, among other duties. Your leadership will be critical in the property’s success.An ideal candidate for this role is a team player that has at least two years of property management experience. Requirements also include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication experience, current driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance. We are also seeking candidates who demonstrate strong leadership abilities and excellent financial and analytical skills.
