DescriptionWhat You'll DoIn this role, you will serve as C&J's front-line for solving client's challenges with filing life Insurance assignments. This includes providing verification of insurance, issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, keeping clients updated and more.
You will work with clients providing support using any combination of phone, email, or chat-based communication, depending on your specific team or role. The nature of what you do every day will not change...your #1 goal is to help clients eliminate the stress of filing life insurance assignments. However, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, and so will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you’ll receive. This will keep things interesting.
Adaptability, empathy, self-motivation, and organization are must-haves in this job. You will need to balance your workload, handle back-to-back inquiries, and prioritize appropriately. In return, you can expect job satisfaction through being that one person who saves the day for our clients. Things can move fast here, so the pace shouldn’t scare you. We still find time for a healthy dose of fun.
RequirementsWhat We'll Love About You
  • Two years customer service experience
  • Good data entry skills and phone etiquette are required.
  • Quality communication skills.
  • Letter writing skills are needed for professional email responses
  • Must be able to prioritize daily tasks for efficient completion
  • Dependability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products: Word, Excel and the ability to learn new systems.
