Job responsibilities:

Be responsible for strategy, planning & execution of business development activities to expand Security Designs within Southern Michigan

• Actively pursue Security projects opportunities within Corporate, Government, Healthcare, Multi-family, Manufacturing, and Education.
• Delivery and presenting of proposals for customers and RFP with new and existing clients.
• Will work with owner and design team to effectively win business opportunities.
• Pro-actively introduce solutions / ideas to clients to help improve their business performance.
• Have an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with high degree of access to senior management.

Skills the ideal candidate will have:

• Experience selling and creating multi location service proposals/agreements
• 3 years minimum selling Physical Security Solutions in a Sales or Business Development Position
• 10,000' view of the Physical Security Industry
• Existing connections in Michigan
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Role requires strong business and negotiation and follow up skills.
• Experience in working with Multi-location customers
• Effective Problem Solver
• Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities

• Minimum education qualification: A Bachelor`s degree in any discipline is required

• Ability to travel as necessary to see clients out of state (regional and national accounts)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
