Security Associates of Coastal Georgia is Hiring a Security Officer (Full-time) Near Savannah, GA
Security Associates of Coastal Georgia is the premier provider of security personnel, proudly serving Savannah and surrounding areas for the past 10 years. We are actively seeking talented and tenacious individuals to join our team and accommodate our growth!
Our Security Officers serve as SACG’s on-the-ground client resource, holding positions at one of our many local job sites. This position is critical for risk mitigation strategy as well as providing safety and peace of mind for our clients. All Security Officers will respond to guest issues during their shift. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to client requests and regularly completing rounds of the property for preventative surveillance and crime deterrence.
***Compensation range $12-$15 based on experience and interview***
Job Duties:
- Conduct regular rounds of assigned property to ensure peaceful conditions
- Monitor and respond to alerts, as needed
- Complete incident reports related to on-shift incidents, as needed.
- Dispatch housekeeping and maintenance, as needed
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors to assist with on-site guest response, as needed
- Work collaboratively with SACG management team
Requisites
- 1 year experience working in the security industry, preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation to and from work, and upstanding driving record, clean background check
- Proactive approach to problem solving, ability to take initiative
- Able to confidently manage confrontation while maintaining poise and professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
