Flex Officer objectives include : staffing new accounts until permanent Security Officers can be hired, provide security for short-term special events, fill in for officers while on vacation / sick / no call-no show, etc.

Position Requirements :

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
• Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• 2yrs Security experience or previous Military / Law Enforcement
• Valid drivers license required
• Position requires officers to travel to multiple locations within the assigned district
• Must be available for all shifts - schedule will be provided week prior
