Director of Business Analytics

The Director of Business Analytics at Securitas Security Services will focus on leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. This role involves overseeing the collection, evaluation, and synthesis of data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics strategies, including automation in reporting, predictive modeling, and the application of AI and machine learning techniques to support business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, IT, finance, operations, and other key departments to ensure that analytics insights are effectively integrated into business processes and decision-making. They will lead a team of analysts and data scientists, providing direction and mentorship to support their development and the delivery of high-impact analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business analytics strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead the analytics team in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Design and implement advanced analytics models, including predictive analytics, optimization, and simulation models, to support business planning and operational improvements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure the effective integration of analytics tools and platforms, such as Power BI, into the company's technology ecosystem.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting analytics in decision-making processes and encouraging the adoption of best practices in data management and analysis.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in business analytics, AI, and data science, and assess their potential impact on the company's analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in a senior analytics role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful analytics initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Expertise in advanced analytics methodologies and tools, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in analytics and BI platforms, such as Power BI or similar, with strong dashboard and report development skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics concepts into clear and actionable business insights.
• Deep understanding of finance and operations, with experience in applying analytics to solve business problems in these areas.
• Fluency in AI technologies and familiarity with modern analytics platforms like Co-Pilot.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience leading and managing high-performing analytics teams.
• Proven track record of success in building and deploying data-driven solutions that deliver business value.
• Deep understanding of BI, data insights, data science, and AI methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

This position will need to be based in Kennesaw, GA and offers a base salary of $100,000-$115,000. Benefits include medical, life, dental, and vision insurance, ten vacation days, four floating holidays, six sick days, 401k, and bonus eligibility.
