Talent Development Project Manager

Utilizing state of the art technology combined with great people, we design custom solutions for our clients. We are seeking a Project Manager for our Talent Development team. This position will be located in Charlotte, NC at our Securitas Operation Center. The Talent Development Project Manager plays a critical role in diagnosing, implementing and operationalizing solutions aimed at optimizing our Talent Development programs. They collaborate closely with Learning Business Partners to identify learning requirements needed to execute our Talent Development Strategy. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs and provide an independent perspective regarding applicable solutions.
• Analyzing learning characteristics, tasks to be learned, and developing an instructional approach to meet learning objections.
• Using the ADDIE and SAM models to create project plans.
• Develop instructional materials, programs, and activities. 
• Manage the project management process end to end for the Talent Development Department. 

To be considered for this position, you will need to have the following experience and ability:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible business experience related to both individual and organization performance improvement.
• PMP Certification preferred but not required. 
• Strong customer and results orientation. 
• Excellent planning, organizing and leadership skills. 
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures. 
• Ability to be an effective member of and lead project teams. 
• Skill in the use of standard office productivity, training and project management software. 
• Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently. 
• Skill in clear and concise oral and written communication. 
• Skill in planning, organizing, monitoring and ensuring achievement of milestones in projects or assignments, including elements performed by team members and collaborators.
