Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older 
• High School Diploma or GED Required 
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
• Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Customer service background preferred 
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must be comfortable with report writing
• Must have a background in patrol security as well as in incident response 
• At least 2 years of experience in Corporate / Patrol security
• Must be able to do overtime if needed
• Must be able to climb stairs and interact with the public / homeless on grounds on a regular basis
• Must be able to stand and walk / patrol inside / outside of building
• Must be comfortable being on your own and able to interact with trespassers
