Position Title: Senior Training Operations Manager

Position Responsibilities:

Securitas’ Global Clients Americas division has an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Operations Training manager, responsible for preparing new and tenured employees to support a primary account. This position assists in the development and coordination of all training-related activities related to: 

• Role orientation and workflows
• Standard operational procedures
• Compliance requirements
• Best practices for reducing financial errors and maximizing performance 

This position utilizes team collaboration, needs analysis, scheduling coordination, customized formatting and delivery, technology, record-keeping, and statistical reporting to ensure that training is targeted and results-driven.

Compensation:

This full-time W-2 position provides an annual salary within the range of $102,000, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, 401K with company matching, employee discounts, internal and external developmental opportunities, and more.
