National Sales Proposal Manager

Securitas Security Services is the world’s foremost provider of security services. We currently have a career opportunity for a National Sales Proposal Manager. Working remotely, this position will support the National Commercial Sales team in responding to Request for Proposals and Requests for Information. The successful candidate will lead our national proposal team to ensure that communications with current and future clients best position Securitas to be successful.

What you will do:

  • Review RFPs and RFIs to create summary sheets and development plans.
  • Evaluate project status and resource utilization; implement changes as needed; review reports prepared by proposal coordinators and modify as required.
  • Track data and coordinate RFP requirements with outside contributors.
  • Meet RFP deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval.
  • Draft RFP responses ensuring information submitted to a prospect is in line with company standards, as well as clearly define our value propositions, approach and differentiated solutions for that project.
  • You will answer this question for each proposal – have we created a world class document that puts the company in the best position to secure this business?

What you will bring:

  • Ability to write persuasively, developing critical components of an RFP response.
  • Skills for improving organization, flow, readability, completeness, and clarity of complex proposals.
  • Creative writing and business language writing experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of proposal development strategies and techniques.
  • Experience with managing a team on a deadline.
  • Three years’ experience processing and preparing sales proposals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

Benefits:

The salary range is between $95,000 and $120,000. Additionally, the company offers a full benefits package that includes:

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 10 days’ vacation, 4 floating holidays, and 6 sick days.
