Responsibilities for this job include...

• Performing audits, assessments, and advisory engagements
• Partnering effectively with other team members to promote quality and efficiency on larger, more complex projects
• Scoping, planning, and managing smaller projects
• Assessing the level risk, the effectiveness of controls, and documenting testing results
• Communicating risk and security issues in business context (i.e. translate technical risks to business risks)
• Assisting in managing relationships with clients, representing SecureIT in the community, and helping to grow our business

What we are looking for...

• Someone that will add to our culture, and integrate well into the existing team
• Effective communication skills, both interpersonal and written
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, accounting or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT audit, including assessing a broad range of general and application controls, managing project assignments, and interfacing with clients
• Experience on different types of audit engagements, such as: internal audits ITGC, SOC 2 audits, FedRAMP/FISMA assessments, security compliance audits, etc.
• Flexibility to work independently or as a part of a larger team
• Interest in building knowledge and technical skills in security
• Demonstrated competence: CISA, CISM, or CISSP (including completion of an exam) preferred
