Position Summary:
The Operations Manager is a Key Leadership Position which directs Service, Distribution, and the Installation Operations for our Commercial Vended Laundry Business by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates Laundry Machine service, delivery, warehousing, machine installation and replacement
• Confers with customers, employees, supervisors and management to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area
• Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
• Hires outside contractors for some construction work
• Handles customer complaints
• Coordinates vehicle purchase and maintenance operations
• Directs preparation of records
• Recommends budgets to management
• Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in installation, and service and production departments
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Experience in route based business operations
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Results oriented individual
• Experience with business operational planning
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customer and the general public
• Valid clean driver's license
