Sebco Laundry Systems is looking for a Licensed Plumber to join our team. This individual will work in our company owned locations throughout the New York Metropolitan area, and will install and remove plumbing connections for washers and dryers in apartment and condominium complexes.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare all plumbing connections in our laundry rooms for installation of washing machines and dryers
• Must be able to pull permits
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle physical workload, regularly lifting supplies and equipment upwards of 25lbs
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be 21 or older with clean driver's record for the past 5 years
• Knowledge of NYC code and ability to survey laundry rooms to be sure they are up to NY 2022 building code
• Ability to check if building has C/O
• Ability to file permits online or in person
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
• Work side by side with SEBCO employees
• Prepare all connections for installation of washers and dryers
• Ability to meet building representatives if needed
