• Provide compassionate clinical treatment and conduct initial assessments
• Use electronic health record to input notes and assessments, check patients in and out of their sessions
• Use HIPAA compliant video platform to conduct teletherapy sessions
• Complete collaborative/concurrent documentation and submission within 24/48 hours of appointment
• Manage caseload in an independent setting
• Develop person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with the patient
• Coordinate care with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Psychiatrists/Medical providers
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to treatment that respond to serious mental illness, trauma, primary healthcare needs, and criminal justice involvement
• Provide culturally competent services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, developmental status, criminal justice status, sexuality, age, and gender

Qualifications

• NYS licensed LMSW/LCSW/LMHC
• At least 2 years of experience in an Article 31 outpatient clinic or mental health clinic or teletherapy setting
• Commitment of a minimum of 20 hours/week
• Liability Insurance
• NPI number
• All bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Specific modality/intervention certifications encouraged to apply (CBT, DBT, EMDR)
• Clinicians experience working with youth are encouraged to apply
