What you get to do

• Greet guests and provide park information to our visitors
• Perform guest check-in / check-out functions
• Perform guest bag checks
• Provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests
• Quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service
• Distribute available lockers to our guests, while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities
• Maintain cleanliness of all park areas including trash removal and sweeping
• Perform guest check-in functions for in-park activities
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Cash handling skills
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to walk in sand
• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Able to push / pull 50 pounds
• Able to work indoors / outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
• Available to work 2 full days per week
• Able to work shifts starting as early as 5 : 30 AM and ending as late as 11 : 00 pm (for special events)
