The Position: We are seeking to fill a Program Analyst II position. We are looking for someone to work closely with department staff to develop, document, analyze, and improve business processes.

The ideal candidate has:
Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and process development
A collaborative approach to project management
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with preferable coursework in Business, Management, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field
Four years of experience supporting business intelligence and analytics
A directly related graduate degree may be substituted for experience
What will you do?
Analyze, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of internal operations
Facilitate efficient environmental reviews for the department
Work with department end users and management to support application software and other tool needs
Work with highly confidential and sensitive data, budgetary information, correspondence, and personnel matters
Apply a basic knowledge of the principles of metadata, lineage, business definitions, compliance, and data security to project work
Lead various cross-departmental groups to promote staff training
Advise management on staffing needs and structure
Collect and analyze business intelligence data
Support departmental team with research, special projects, and reports for various projects and reporting needs
