• Ability to perform laborious work daily and in inclement weather
• Great communication skills & professional attitude
• Efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to connect with customers regarding excavation issues on their property
• Washington State Drivers License and Proof of Insurability
• Ability to follow direction and excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of state and local regulations
• Knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
• Ethical approach to service and sales
• Clean MVR & Valid Driver's License
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen
• Ability to handle heavy equipment at least 50 LBS
