• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy operations.

• Registered Pharmacist (RPh) licensed in the state of West Virginia.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in pharmacy computer systems and software.
