Seasoned Recruitment is currently working with a well-established law firm based in Oklahoma City that is seeking an Attorney to join their team. The firm specializes in a wide range of legal areas, including personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and estate planning.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload and representing clients in various legal matters
• Conducting legal research and providing clients with sound legal advice
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Preparing for and attending court hearings and trials
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members to effectively serve clients
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality

What you will be doing:

• Provide research and write pleadings/motion practice/discovery.
• Conduct discovery and prepare for/trial lawsuits.
• Manage a caseload and work with clients to develop and execute legal strategies.

Experience you will need:

• Must be in the top 5% of your law school class in terms of GPA.
• Achieving a high LSAT score.
• Experience in mock trials or moot court.
• Experience in law review.
• Litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong understanding of torts and litigation law.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma.

Salary Range: 

$100,000 - $250,000 annually
