We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead our **Woodbridge** shop!
**You'll help us by:**
* Taking ownership of driving store sales, maximising profitability, and achieving KPI targets.
* Delivering commercial excellence and high standards of leadership, management and customer service.
* Acting as a brand ambassador and role model, promoting Seasalt key values and behaviours, in order for your team to embody these for the benefit of our customers.
* Leading, training and developing your team to maximise their potential and create a culture that ensures the customer is at the centre of everything we do.
* Providing excellent customer service whether that is face to face or with our online customers via the use of technology.
* Completing and packing online orders and fulfilment.
