Job DescriptionJOB SCOPE:Responsible for meeting or exceeding budgeted staffing hours, lead flow, productivity, stores staffed, hot calls, confirmation, net revenue and Confirmed Leads per Hour (CLPH) per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); and for establishing and building relationships with the retail store management and associates within the assigned market. JOB SUMMARY:The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in all aspects of managing the Field Marketing Program so that all short and long term goals are met or exceeded. The primary function is to provide support to hourly Store & Home Improvement Advisors (SHIA) so that optimal performance is achieved.JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Attend all sales meetings and ensure Home Solutions Advisors are in attendanceMonitors daily/weekly reports to drive improvement in performanceCommunicates as needed with assigned Appointment Center Market Coordinator to identify opportunities for lead conversion budget for the territoryMaintains weekly communication with advisors, Full Line Store (FLS) manager and direct manager to gather feedback on program performanceMaintains regular communication with Event Marketing Team on upcoming eventsPlans and conducts additional lead generating opportunities (Event Marketing, Kiosk, etc)Builds positive relationships with the FLS management team, and associatesDrives Home Solution Advisor awareness of the Shop Your Way Rewards (SYWR) programCommunicates as needed with Human Resources partner(s)Develops and implements incentive programs (i.e., contest, rewards and recognition) to motivate high team performanceIdentifies training needs through monitoring and mystery shopping the In-Store MarketersPerforms supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates.QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalent3-4 years of related experienceValid Driver License for the State of employmentUp to 75% travel (in surrounding area)18 years of age or olderREQUIRED SKILLS:Ability to drive to assigned territory and sit in an automobile for extended periods of timeAbility to walk, stand and move around for extended periods of timeAbility to organize and prioritizeAbility to be self-motivated in order to maintain high performance from a home-based officeExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to be flexibleAbility to have available and reliable transportationAbility to maintain a positive mental attitude at all times to provide a positive role model for subordinates, peers and other members of managementAbility to balance multiple priorities at one time, dealing with shifting priorities and handling employee problems and issuesGood problem solving and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressureComputer knowledge, with the ability to access the internet from homeAbility to manage and develop non-exempt associates in team and relationships buildingAbility to manage time and be results drivenAbility to performance manage Store & Home Improvement AdvisorsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
