- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Book birthday parties, private events, animal encounters, etc.
- 2 years in sales required.
- 3 years of customer service experience is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- prior upselling experience is a plus.
- Prior call center experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- A strong sense of teamwork.
- Ability to work with different types of software, including Google Suite.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
