Responsible for filling in or relieving various positions in Coating, Mixing and Final Inspection on assigned shift to ensure safe, smooth and efficient production of quality products. Also performs duties in supportive roles such as material handling, quality control and in absence of shift supervisor, will oversee and coordinate activities of the assigned shift.
Interested Associates must apply no later than Tuesday March 5th to be considered.
To be eligible for this position, qualified candidates must meet minimum scores on the following Work Keys skill assessments:

• Graphics Literacy (3,4)
• Workplace Documents (3,4)
• Applied Math (4)
• Applied Technology (3)

Selection will be based on the following factors, listed in order of importance: Business Need, Associate Skills and Competencies which include good overall performance, good attendance, assessments, and other factors that pertain to the position.
Associates must remain in their currently assigned jobs for at least six (6) months in order to bid on this or any other position.
