Compensation
The Base Salary is $50,000 - $60,000 commission. There is a real opportunity to make $85,000 - $90,000 annually.

Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling foundation waterproofing services in the homebuilding market. This involves developing relationships with homebuilders and remodeling contractors in the Raleigh, NC, market and managing accounts through project planning, scheduling, and addressing any challenges. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and solicit business from new clients
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
- Monitor market trends and volume to focus sales efforts effectively
- Submit activity and results reports to management
- Resolve customer complaints and provide recommendations
- Monitor competition for pricing and product information
- Complete bids, estimates, and drawings using proprietary software
- Work closely with administrative staff for accuracy and scheduling
- Travel to job sites for site readiness and project oversight
- Generate new business through cold calling
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven results in sales, degree recommended but not required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas
- Comfort working in confined spaces
