Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is actively seeking dedicated RN Supervisors. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure unparalleled patient care for our esteemed residents.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Support, Monday to Friday (2pm-10pm): Assisting the DON and ADON in Steering Nursing Operations in Line with Standards and Regulations
- Full-Time, Every Other Weekend (10pm-6am): Own the Night and Lead the Way
- Alternate Weekend Shift (10pm-6am)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid RN License in the State of New York
- Minimum 2 Years of Progressive Nursing in Long Term Care, with Managerial Experience Preferred
- Proven Leadership and Management Skills: Inspire and Elevate Those Around You
