Supervises day-to-day operations, guest relations, front office activities, assists in training staff on highest level of guest service , problem solving, and improved efficiency. In absence of Front Office Manager and acts as Manager on Duty. When needed, acts directly as Front Desk and Concierge Agent in checking in/out guests, addressing guest concerns, and providing special services as needed to make guests' stays more enjoyable.
Job Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of three years of college (hospitality school preferred) and minimum of one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Computer skills including ability to use computer-based reservations systems are critical.
