Duties
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including leasing, data entry, maintenance, and tenant relations.

- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and tenant interactions through data entry.

Requirements

NOTE: Experience in HUD, LIHTC and/or Onesite a Plus
- Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, and property management principles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance best practices.
