How you will make contributions that matter...

  • Performs various administrative duties related to human resources (Promotions, departmental changes, system updates)
  • Coordinates onboarding and conducts new hire orientations.
  • Serve as internal resource for employee inquiries. Direct employee, as necessary, to the appropriate resource such as Employee Shared Service Center and / or Benefits Center.
  • Responsible for administrative assistant duties, such as : answer phones, routing phone calls to responsible parties, providing excellent customer service to visitors or guests, dispersing mail, ordering office supplies, etc.
  • Support Employee Engagement Activities
  • Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely employee data updates through the data entry and / or completion of the appropriate standard form or HRIS transactions.
  • Assists the HR Manager and Generalist with projects as needed.
  • Support local and national initiatives leveraging Saputo change management methodology.
  • Support other departments as needed and perform other duties as required by management.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following experiences, skills, and qualifications

  • Have an Associates degree in human resources or related field, or 3 or more years of experience in human resources or recruiting.
  • Are a team player, positive, enthusiastic, approachable, detail oriented, and organized
  • Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
  • Professional and customer service oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range : $50,675 - $66,515. Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
