Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Administrator at North Shore Track, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by ensuring that our workforce is supported, engaged, and aligned with our company goals. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Help manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies for employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to effectively recruit, onboard, and retain employees in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Employment Designation:

Full-time

Compensation:

Dependent on candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications.

Base Salary Range $55,000 - $70,000 annual.
