Job Description:

Scrubtastic is looking for a sales associate/cashier for our Kirby Whitten Blvd location. Weekends and evenings availability required. We are looking for a part-time sales associate to work 15-25 hours per week. Strong sales associates may work up to 30 hours per week. Must be 18 or older to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service while helping customers find what they need

· Greet and direct customers

· Ring up customers for purchased items

· Manage returns/exchanges of merchandise

· Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

· Receive and process inventory to go to sales floor

· Process and embroider embroidery orders (we will train you!)

· Light cleaning duties

Skills Required:

· A sense of urgency to help customers

· Basic math skills

· Basic understanding of computers with Windows operating system

· Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

· Excellent communication

· A cheerful, helpful attitude

· Must be outgoing, friendly, and willing to learn all aspects of the job, including embroidery (it's fun, you'll like it)

· Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

· Retail experience is not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
