Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. Sales associates have an emphasis on parent’s needs and service knowledge, providing information on service features, and knowing related items to sell. Associates in this position know how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer that comes in for a tour. Sales associates maintain the lobby area, and ensure that it is clean, and safe.
