This is a full time position, generally Monday through Friday. This is a partial remote position. Primary location is on the campus of Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego, with occasional travel to other sites (Green and Encinitas).

Scripps Pharmacy has four convenient locations on the campuses of Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla, Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas and Scripps Mercy Hospital, San Diego. The pharmacies provide new and refill prescriptions, prescriptions for specialty medications and they can transfer existing prescriptions from our inpatient pharmacies to our four Scripps Pharmacy locations. Our friendly, knowledgeable and highly trained team of pharmacists and support staff are available to provide immunizations, as well as consultations on medication use and over-the counter (OTC) products. The Pharmacy Systems Analyst will support inventory management for our ambulatory pharmacies across the system. 

Responsibilities include:

·Maintains department specific databases and ensures accuracy of data.

·Applies broad knowledge in providing data analytics services to clients.

·Gathers operational data to examine past business performance.

·Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.

·Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies.

·May be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis.

·Translates business requirements into business solutions.

·Designs and tests system configuration.

·Conducts quality reviews of system builds.
