Scripps Health is Hiring a Floor Care Tech - Nights - La Jolla Near La Jolla, CA


This is a Full-time position located at our Scripps Memorial Campus in La Jolla. Environmental Services Floor Care Tech maintains cleanliness and strives to provide superior health services in a caring environment. You will make a positive, measurable difference in the health of individuals in the communities we serve, by going above and beyond for our patients and your teammates.
As the EVS Floor Care Tech you will perform job functions to support environmental care. You will operate mechanical floor cleaners, polishers and vacuums. Wet mop rooms, halls, stairways and public areas. Buff, strip, wax and polish floors and shampoo rugs and furniture. Cleans vents, fans and other equipment using vacuum machines. You may also assist in moving furniture and other objects as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year healthcare or hospitality EVS experience.
  • Floor Care Experience.
