Scrap Metal Services is Hiring an Executive Assistant to General Manager Near Brownsville, TX

Executive Administrative Assistant to General Manager, Brownsville, TXScrap Metal Services in Brownsville, TX is seeking an exceptionally strong Administrative Assistant with a legal background to join their team. Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring business objectives are met while mitigating risk.Responsibilities:

Liaison with various stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met and to mitigate risks.
Identify and anticipate concerns with business objectives and timelines.
Monitor progress on yard to ensure adherence to the milestones and business goals.
Complete milestone reporting that covers all aspects of demolition processes and prepare to be sent routinely to contractual entities.
Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Generate regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and potential issues.
Manage waste manifests.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Consideration will be given to someone possessing a Paralegal certificate.

Preferred:

5 years’ experience working in an industrial setting.
5 years’ experience in project management or legal role.
