Duties:
- Assist with leasing activities, including showing available units to prospective tenants and providing information about the property
- Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are properly filed
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and maintain accurate records
- Assist with property maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Utilize Yardi or similar software to manage tenant accounts and track rental payments
- Support the leasing team with administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments

Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities management, real estate administrative roles, or legal administrative roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer software applications
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices is a plus
