As a Solar Photovoltaic Installer at Veteransenergy, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Install photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards, using drawings, schematics, and instructions.
• Handle and maintain tools, equipment, and materials used in the installation process.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
• Assist with the assembly and mounting of PV modules, inverters, and other system components.
• Install module array, interconnect wiring.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues as needed.
• Monitor PV system performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solar Installer or Electrician experience of at least 1 year
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Understanding of hand and power tools.

The salary for this position will be negotiated based on your proven experience, ensuring that we recognize and reward your skills and expertise.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
