Scout Solar LLC is currently seeking an experienced Construction Foreman with a strong background in electrical and photovoltaic projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, solar energy, and construction management. They will lead our construction teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of electrical and photovoltaic construction projects from planning to completion.
• Read blueprints to determine equipment to use and tasks to assign.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise construction crews, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to meet client expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Implement best practices for quality control and assurance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on electrical and photovoltaic projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.

The salary for this position will be negotiated based on your proven experience, ensuring that we recognize and reward your skills and expertise.
