Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with Dr. Kurt Heiland to accurately document patient encounters in real-time. Dr. Heiland is a top-rated ENT physician /surgeon and has been serving patients in the valley for 27 years.

Responsibilities:
- Transcribe medical charting and documentation during patient visits.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to update patient histories, physical exams, and other pertinent information.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
- Assist in navigating electronic medical records (EMR) systems efficiently.
- Manage administrative tasks to support healthcare providers.

Skills: not required but a bonus, no Experience is necessary
- Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
- Strong understanding of medical documentation systems.
- Ability to transcribe quickly and accurately.
- Knowledge of physiology and medical office procedures.

At minimum, the scribe will be expected to be in office when physician is in clinic which is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You are eligible for benefits if you are able to be a full-time employee- which you will be expected to aid in Medical Assistant duties when you are not scribing.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
