Job Summary

You will serve as a host/hostess to customers, you will be the frontline for customer service.

Requirements:

• Professional and positive attitude.... ENERGETIC!! :)
• Can work evenings on week days and weekends between 4:30 PM to Closing.
• Reliable transportation to get to work
• Knowledge of Open Table Reservation Systems is preferred
• Knowledge of Toast POS is preferred
• Customer service.
• Professional appearance

Essential Functions:

• Accommodates and special needs of the guests.
• Manage Open table Reservations
• Inspects dining room service stations for neatness/cleanliness, restocks food and condiment stations while avoiding contamination.
• Monitors the number of guests entering/exiting the restaurant
• Stock/Re-stock utensils, plates, glasses in the service area.
• Acts as a host/hostess for guests, takes orders, and set/re-set tables with place settings.

Experience:

• Host/hostess experience: 2 year (Required)
• Guest services: 2 year (Required)
• Food service: 2 year (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Required)

Work Location: In person

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
