Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors
- Manage the front desk and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
Qualifications:
- 3 years prior experience in the real estate or legal industries is required. Experience in real estate title is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Title & Legal office procedures is a plus
