$80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience.

Benefits: PTO, 401K, Health Insurance, Company Vehicle and Cell Phone

Hours: 6:45AM to 4:45 PM roughly depeing on the schedule. Some days shorter and some days longer

Skills // Requirements // Qualifications

• 5 years experience minimum in Fencing industry
• 3 years experience minimum running crews
• Training and Development.
• Strong understanding of project management and scheduling principles.
• Ability to quickly improvise and use good judgement.
• Proactively communicates with team members, customers, and managers to maximize safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Responsible for inventory control and management by ensuring the proper stock and availability of products.
• A strong, passionate leader who can motivate.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.
