BOLD is Hiring a Remote Head of Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Partnerships to lead our efforts in driving business and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliances for our headquarters located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful business development strategies, evaluating new opportunities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, negotiating partnership agreements, and forging key partnerships to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

ABOUT THIS TEAM

This role requires strong leadership, negotiating skills, strategic vision, driving and executing partnership success, and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends. It's important to note, this is not a sales position. This position will be located at our headquarters in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the development of business and revenue growth plans, working closely with senior leadership to align partnerships with the company's strategic priorities.
  • Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities, including new products, technologies, services, add-on product opportunities, partnerships, alliances, and/or joint ventures.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementation of strategic business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Define vision, strategies, and tactics for partnership and business development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive execution and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders to identify collaboration opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of partnership and business development initiatives, making adjustments as needed to drive results.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; relevant years of experience will also be considered.
  • 12 - 15 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to define vision, strategies, and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering value to the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

WHAT'S GOOD TO HAVE

  • Experience within the internet consumer industry or B2C is highly desirable.
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
