DESCRIPTION
The Shift Lead is responsible for helping the Store Manager with all operations, sales, and staffing in a Scooters Coffee location while on duty. This role assists in leading a friendly, service-oriented barista team. This role is a great way to develop leadership skills and expand your responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates are required to be a full time employee, averaging 35 hours/week.
- Open Availability
- Responsible for opening the store on days the Store Manager is off, closing two days out of the week, and available to work any shift as needed 1 day out of the week
- Or responsible for closing the store 4 days out of the week and available to work any shift as needed 1 day out of the week
- Ensure all products are in stock and work with the store manager to locate and retrieve anything needed while they are the lead at the store.
- Assists in barista training.
- Is the point person for any and all communication to the Store and Regional Managers while on shift.
