A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Assistant Coach assists the Stores Head Coach with hiring, scheduling, barista training, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store.
This role also serves as the managerial point of contact when the Stores Head Coach is off shift. (This includes the expectation of a consistently working nights and weekends.
The Assistant Coach is a vital aspect in maintaining a positive culture of loving our Baristas and customers and exemplifies Scooter’s Coffee core values.

- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Must have a positive and professional demeanor and the ability to convey a positive "team
- spirit" amongst the staff
- Must have the ability to clearly communicate
- Prior leadership experience preferred, but no prior Scooter’s experience or Barista experience necessary.
You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter’s Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage, training, and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.
