As one of Our Baristas, you create a memorable customer experience by providing amazingly fast, interactive-friendly service and consistent, high-quality products. You just may be the person who
brightens a customer’s day with your bright smile and kind conversation. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures. Faithfully maintain all food safety, perform work in a safe, proficient manner and maintain store / food sanitation standards.
- Greet and connect with each customer cultivating an amazing experience for each life you touch!
- Ask questions and seek opportunities to educate yourself on our products
- Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise
• Solicit orders, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion • Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
- Serve all customer orders according to exact recipe and aesthetic guidelines
- Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery to the customer at the window
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
- Optimize workflow efficiency proactively by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer and your coworkers
- Maintain personal hygiene
- Be to work on-time dressed in appropriate attire and ready to be an amazing
