We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in Patient Access
Preferred:
- Associate's level degree or higher
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Current Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) through the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) or any other accredited association approved by the Manager
