Finance Director - Revenue & Costs (Hybrid)
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $180k - $200k. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.
In this role, you will:

In this role, you will:
- Partner with leadership team to formulate strategies towards the company’s long term financial health and margin growth and to drive results
- Lead worldwide revenue and costs functions, including billings and collections
- Work closely with stakeholders to re-engineer/refresh key processes/controls and support business/finance reviews
- Establish meaningful metrics/analyses to measure performance and to proactively identify potential issues and implement resolutions
- Develop and implement accounting policies within the functions
- Ensure timely financial close
Essential Requirements:
- 15 years of progressive accounting experience with min of 6 years in revenue/cost areas and 5 years in people management
- Critical thinker with excellent analytical skills
- Thought leader and strong advocate in top line and margin growth
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP in revenue, costs and the related areas
- Ability to manage competing priorities under time pressure and adapt to changing priorities and environment
- Drive transformation and focus on continuous improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to present complex financial/accounting issues to leadership team, propose solutions and execute
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business or related field of study; MBA, CPA preferred
